What is more difficult to clean the termites or mold?
I have two homes I'm considering. One has "a bad termite report" (Whatever that is) that the other has a large amount of mold in an exterior wall of the room. What would be worse?
Termites can destroy completely the resistance of the structure. You can always take over the source of the mold (especially if only one wall) and cleaned or demolished and rebuilt. The house with termites, you should probably be plowed over before it falls over. My recommendation? Keep looking for a house with no mold or termites!
